The Seller Centre Website refresh aimed to give the whole platform a fresh look, focusing specifically on the home page. The main goal was to make the seller experience better, boosting satisfaction. The primary business objective was to create a friendlier environment for both new and existing sellers. We refined content, tailoring it to each seller's needs. Key goals included increasing views and clicks on the home page for a more engaging seller interaction.
My Contributions
As the sole designer for the eBay Seller Centre website refresh project, I revamped the home page for an improved user journey. Alongside optimising aesthetics and functionality for all sellers, I created a special 'For Sellers, By Sellers' lockup, emphasising eBay's commitment to empowering its sellers. A more user-friendly platform offers an enhanced experience for sellers and paves the way for sales growth.
